Returns
*Original shipping charges, credit card fees (if any), are Non-
Refundable on all Returns
*Return shipping costs of item(s)
to and fro are the buyer's responsiblity
*A copy of the Invoice
with the RMA (Return Material Authorization code) written on
it and the orginal gift box, MUST accompany ALL Returns
*All Returns MUST be packed in a padded envelope
and insured
*EARRINGS are Non-Returnable or Exchangeable due to hygienic
reasons
*Sale or Clearance items
are Non-Returnable
*Returns are accepted for any reason
within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
A Refund will be granted if return is made within 7
days of receipt of merchandise.
*Refunds: If you paid by credit card, I will credit your account, if you paid
by Money order/Cashier's check, I will issue you a check
*Returns after 7 days are only eligible for a Marla Calandra
Design Online Store Credit towards another purchase
*No Returns of any kind will be accepted after 14 days.
*Jewelry and/or HandBags that were created from a Custom-Made/Special
Order are Non-Returnable
Damaged Merchandise/Repairs
All my products are GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftmanship
on delivery. If you should find that your item arrives damaged or that the item should require repairing due to
negligence on my part, send it back to me within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise
and I will repair it for you for FREE.
Customer will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges back
to me.

send your RETURN item(s) until you hear back from me with your RMA
(Return Material Authorization code)
